I loved this new 31 day devotional that's just right for the Christmas season!   I loved reading the inspirational stories behind popular Christmas traditions, carols, and movies.   I love all things Christmas!  :)   There is also holiday recipes and homemade gift ideas.   For such a small book, there is a lot to take from this devotional.

This book has some ideas that could start new yearly traditions.  There are a couple of things that we've always done at my family's Christmas gatherings.   We always read the story of the birth of Jesus.  That's the most important part - the reason for the whole season!!  And then we have the non-spiritual stuff...lol.   Like Christmas stockings!  We've done Christmas stockings with candy, nuts, and little gifts for as long as I can remember.  Mom and Dad prepared ours and we prepared theirs.  Even now that we are grown we still get a stocking when we gather for Christmas.  And we've expanded to include the spouses and grandchildren.  :)  What traditions does your family have for Christmas?
