Michele Paige Holmes spent her childhood and youth in Arizona and northern California, often curled up with a good book instead of out enjoying the sunshine. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Elementary Education and found it an excellent major in which to indulge her love of children’s literature.
She is the author of ten published romance novels, including contemporary series, HEARTHFIRE HISTORICALS, and the FOREVER AFTER series (young adult fairy tales). She is also the author of four novellas, three in the TIMELESS ROMANCE COLLECTION.
When not reading or writing romance, Michele is busy with her full time job as a wife, mother, and grandmother. This is a great follow up to the first book, Yesterday's Promise. You'll definitely want to read the first book before reading this one. Katie and Collin's struggles and the danger they go through to try to claim her heritage will keep you on the edge of your seat to the end. I liked the way they are connected from their childhood even though Katie is just beginning to remember. And I'm a big fan of Scottish stories, so I enjoyed the immersion into 17th century Scotland. Can't wait to read the 3rd book!
